We are stand up paddle boarders interested in paddling and exploring Annapolis and surrounding areas on our SUPs. We meet once or twice a week depending on weather.
First, the 20's and 30's tag is a mindset not an age requirement to join this group. We are a diverse group and ALL are welcome here !! However, we use the 20's and 30's because that's what the majority of our group and the events that we do around the area. We are all about whitewater. Whether that be kayaking, rafting, canoeing, stand up paddling or surfing. This is the place to get lessons as well as find people to paddle/play with. We will have various levels of instruction, plus social paddles, events and trips. During the winter months we will be doing indoor pool practice through our sponsor Valley Mill Kayak School. Last night a handful of “surfers” showed up at the Lake Audubon boat ramp for the first informal Thursday night paddle of the season.
